Hi, my name is Alicia Green. I have held my Cosmetology license for 13 years. Early in my journey, I was fortunate enough to be guided by two different celebrity stylists in Dallas, Tx. My professional background is quite diverse, as I've worked in adult salons, children's salons, reflexology, and a hair and scalp spa. I have experience with ALL hair textures and take pride in helping everyone feel like their best selves. Specializing in: -Precision Haircuts for Women, Men, and kids. Color and highlighting. Thank you for supporting my business! DEPOSITS: To secure your appointment, I require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment. In the event of a cancellation or a no-show, the deposit willl be forfeited. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping me maintain my schedule and serve all my clients efficiently. CANCELLATION, LATE & RESCHEDULING POLICY: Your appointments are very important to me. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary: therefore, l respectfully request at least 24 hours'notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please be aware that cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours notice will not get their deposit refunded. LATE ARRIVALS: Please note that if you are 15 minutes LATE for your appointment, you may have to reschedule if it cannot be completed in the remaining time window. ALL ATTEMPTS TO RESCHEDULE IN A TIMELY MANNER WILL BE MADE. If I do not hear from you 15 minutes or more into your scheduled appointment, this is considered a “No-show”. MISSED APPOINTMENT/NO-SHOW: In the case of a no-show, the second no-show will result in 100% charge of original service amount. Third no-show results will no longer allow me to offer my services to you.

Cancellation Policy

You and your appointments are very important to me. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellation & No-Show Policy: • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 30% charge of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. • A larger deposit may be required to book future appointments after a no-show or repeated last-minute cancellations. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to accommodate your full service, and a rescheduling may be necessary with applicable fees.
